2 cups cooked chicken, chopped (grilled or rotisserie)

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

1 cup spinach, chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 avocado, diced

1 cup corn kernels (fresh or canned)

1 black beans can, rinsed and drained

1/2 red onion, diced

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 2 limes

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon chili powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Tortilla strips or crushed tortilla chips for topping

Instructions
