Ingredients

1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup pepperoni slices

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Dough: Roll out the crescent roll dough on a clean surface and separate the dough into triangles, as indicated on the package.

Layer the Fillings: On the wider end of each triangle, sprinkle about a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella, add 2-3 pepperoni slices, sprinkle a little Parmesan, and a pinch of Italian seasoning for added flavor.

Roll Up the Croissants: Starting from the wider end, carefully roll the triangle up towards the pointed end, pinching the edges to seal the filling inside. Ensure they are secure to prevent melting during baking.

Brush with Olive Oil: Place the croissant rolls on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly brush each roll with olive oil and the beaten egg for a lovely golden finish.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until they are puffed up and golden brown.

Serve: Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving. Pair them with marinara sauce for dipping.
