Ingredients

1 can refrigerated croissant dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup sliced pepperoni

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1 egg (for egg wash)

Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the croissant dough into triangles on a clean, flat surface.

Sprinkle a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese over the wide end of each triangle.

Place a few slices of pepperoni on top of the cheese, equally distributing among the dough triangles.

Add a pinch of Italian seasoning on top of the pepperoni for extra flavor.

Starting from the wide end, carefully roll each triangle of dough towards the point, forming a crescent shape.

Place the rolled croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, whisk the egg and brush it over the tops of each croissant for a golden finish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and fully cooked.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
