Ingredients

1 pound fresh salmon fillet, skin removed

1/4 cup hot honey (store-bought or homemade)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish

Toothpicks or skewers for serving

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare Salmon: Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized cubes, about 1-inch pieces. Pat them dry with paper towels.

Marinate: In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Add the salmon pieces and toss gently to coat. Let them marinate for about 15 minutes.

Arrange on Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the marinated salmon bites in a single layer on the sheet.

Drizzle Hot Honey: Drizzle half of the hot honey over the salmon bites.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.

Finish with Hot Honey: Remove from the oven and immediately drizzle the remaining hot honey over the salmon bites.

Garnish: Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro or parsley.

Skewer & Serve: Use toothpicks or skewers to serve the salmon bites warm for easy eating.
