Ingredients

1 lb salmon fillet, skinless and boneless, cut into bite-sized cubes

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 cup honey

2 tablespoons sriracha (adjust for heat preference)

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish

Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

Prep the Salmon: In a bowl, toss the salmon cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until evenly coated. Set aside to marinate for about 15 minutes.

Make the Hot Honey Sauce: In a small saucepan over low heat, combine honey, sriracha, soy sauce, and lime juice. Stir until well blended and heated through, about 2-3 minutes. Do not boil. Remove from heat and set aside.

Cook the Salmon: Preheat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Place the salmon cubes in the skillet in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Coat with Sauce: Once the salmon bites are cooked, drizzle the hot honey sauce over them, making sure each piece is well-coated. Allow them to simmer in the sauce for an additional minute.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped cilantro. Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side for an extra zing.
