Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1/4 cup diced onion

1/4 cup dill pickles, finely chopped

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

4 large flour tortillas

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Special Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 tablespoon yellow mustard

1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish

1 teaspoon white vinegar

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Make the Special Sauce:

    - In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, sweet pickle relish, white vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well until smooth and creamy. Set aside in the refrigerator to chill.

      Cook the Ground Beef:

        - In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onions and sauté until translucent (about 3 minutes).

          - Add the ground beef to the skillet, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and cook until browned (about 5-7 minutes). Break the meat apart with a spatula as it cooks to ensure even browning.

            Assemble the Wraps:

              - Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Spoon an even amount of the cooked beef mixture onto each tortilla, spreading it out into a line down the center of the wrap.

                - Top with shredded lettuce, chopped pickles, shredded cheese, and a generous drizzle of the special sauce.

                  Wrap It Up:

                    - Fold the ends of the tortilla inwards over the filling, then roll from one side tightly to the other, securing all the ingredients inside.

                      Optional - Grilling:

                        - If desired, place the wrapped tortillas seam-side down in the skillet over medium-low heat for about 2-3 minutes per side, allowing them to get golden brown and crispy.

                          Serve:

                            - Slice the wraps in half diagonally and serve with extra special sauce on the side for dipping.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 4 wraps
