Ingredients
  

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, non-fat)

1 cup cottage cheese (low-fat)

1 cup cooked and shredded chicken breast

1/2 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped

1/2 cup cucumber, finely chopped

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (for garnish)

1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled (optional)

Vegetable sticks and whole-grain pita chips, for serving

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and cottage cheese. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

    Add in the shredded chicken, red bell pepper, cucumber, red onion, and parsley. Stir until all the ingredients are well incorporated.

      Squeeze in the lemon juice and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is evenly mixed.

        Taste the dip and adjust seasoning if necessary; add more lemon juice or spices if desired.

          Transfer the dip into a serving dish and garnish with cherry tomatoes and crumbled feta cheese on top, if using.
