Ingredients
  

1 can (15 oz) of chickpeas, drained and rinsed

1/4 cup tahini

3 tablespoons olive oil, plus extra for drizzling

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup Greek yogurt

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup cucumber, diced

1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped

1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Pita chips or fresh veggies for serving

Instructions
 

Blend the Hummus: In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, ground cumin, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a tablespoon of water at a time until the desired consistency is reached.
