1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 lb baby potatoes, halved

4 tbsp unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp dried rosemary (or fresh, chopped)

1 tsp dried thyme (or fresh, chopped)

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tbsp olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prepare the Potatoes: In a medium pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the halved baby potatoes and cook for about 10-15 minutes until fork-tender. Drain and set aside.

    Brown the Steak: In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the steak pieces with salt and pepper.
