For the Chicken Marinade:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon sriracha sauce

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 teaspoon sesame oil

For the Broth:

4 cups chicken broth

2 cups water

3 tablespoons miso paste

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 inch piece of ginger, sliced

2 tablespoons chili oil

For the Noodles and Toppings:

4 servings of ramen noodles

2 boiled eggs, halved

1 cup bok choy, chopped

1 cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced

1 green onion, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Marinate the Chicken:

In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Add the chicken breasts and coat them well. Cover and let marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

      Prepare the Broth:

In a large pot, combine the chicken broth, water, miso paste, minced garlic, ginger slices, and chili oil. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until the miso dissolves completely. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

          Cook the Chicken:

While the broth is simmering, heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and juices run clear. Remove from heat and let rest before slicing.

              Cook the Noodles:

In a separate pot, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

                  Prepare the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth. Adjust seasoning to your liking.

                      Assemble the Ramen:

In serving bowls, divide the cooked ramen noodles. Ladle the hot spicy broth over the noodles. Top each bowl with sliced chicken, bok choy, shiitake mushrooms, and half a boiled egg.

                          Garnish:

Drizzle the creamy garlic sauce over the ramen and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.

                              Serve:

Serve immediately while hot for the best experience, and enjoy the fiery, creamy fusion!
