Instructions

Prepare the Chicken:

    - In a mixing bowl, combine the cornstarch with a pinch of salt and pepper.

      - In another bowl, whisk together the beaten eggs.

        - In a third bowl, mix the all-purpose flour and baking powder.

          Coat the Chicken:

            - Dip each piece of chicken in the seasoned cornstarch, shaking off any excess.

              - Next, dip the chicken into the beaten eggs, allowing excess to drip off.

                - Finally, toss it in the flour mixture until fully coated.

                  Fry the Chicken:

                    - Heat oil in a deep skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat.

                      - Once the oil is hot, carefully add the coated chicken pieces in batches, ensuring they are not overcrowded.

                        - Fry for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

                          - Use a slotted spoon to transfer the fried chicken to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.

                            Make the Honey Garlic Sauce:

                              - In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and grated ginger.

                                - Stir until the mixture is heated through and slightly thickened, about 3-4 minutes. If desired, add a little water to achieve your preferred consistency.

                                  Combine and Serve:

                                    - Toss the crispy chicken in the honey garlic sauce while still hot until evenly coated.

                                      - Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
