Ingredients

2 cups elbow macaroni

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup honey

1 cup heavy cream

2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the elbow macaroni and cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt. Cook the chicken until it’s fully cooked and starting to brown (about 7-10 minutes).

Add Honey: Pour the honey over the cooked chicken, stirring to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the honey is warmed and slightly caramelized. Remove from heat.

Make the Cheese Sauce: In a separate saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer (do not boil). Gradually add the cheddar cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan, stirring constantly until smooth and creamy. If the sauce is too thick, you can add a splash of milk to reach the desired consistency.

Combine: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, honey pepper chicken mixture, and cheese sauce. Mix until the pasta is well coated with the sauce.

Serve: Transfer to a serving dish, and sprinkle with chopped parsley for garnish. Serve warm and enjoy!
