8 oz fettuccine pasta

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 pound chicken breast, sliced into strips

1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 medium onion, diced

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cook Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Sauté Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken and season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, until the chicken is no longer pink and starts to caramelize. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
