Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced

2 packs of instant ramen noodles (discard the seasoning packets)

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 inch ginger, grated

1 cup bell peppers, sliced (mixed colors)

1 cup broccoli florets

1 cup snap peas

3 green onions, chopped

3 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons oyster sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon chili sauce (adjust to taste)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Sesame seeds and additional green onions, for garnish

Instructions

Prep the Noodles: Boil a pot of water and cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions for about 3-4 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.

Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Stir-fry until cooked through and browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.

Sauté Vegetables: In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger; sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Combine Everything: Return the cooked chicken to the skillet with the vegetables. Add the cooked ramen noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and chili sauce. Toss everything together gently, ensuring the noodles and chicken are well coated with the sauces.

Adjust Seasoning: Taste and adjust with additional soy sauce, salt, or pepper if needed. Cook further for 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.

Serve: Remove from heat, plate the ramen stir fry, and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
