Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh herbs (like parsley or basil) for garnish

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes (if using), and salt and pepper. Mix until all the ingredients are well blended and creamy.

Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface. Spread a generous amount of the cheesy chicken mixture along the center of each tortilla.

Top the mixture with a handful of fresh spinach.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll from the bottom up to create a tight wrap.

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the wraps seam-side down and cook for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook for additional 2-3 minutes until both sides are crispy and heated through.

Remove from heat, slice in half diagonally, and garnish with fresh herbs.

Serve warm with a side of your favorite dipping sauce or salad.
