Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried parsley)

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup baby spinach

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

Optional: ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes for heat

Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, parsley, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix until all ingredients are well combined.

    Heat the Tortillas: Heat the flour tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side, or until they are warm and pliable. This will help prevent them from tearing when you roll them.

      Assemble the Wraps: Lay a warm tortilla on a clean surface. Place a handful of baby spinach in the center of the tortilla, followed by a generous scoop of the cheesy chicken mixture.

        Roll the Wraps: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top. Ensure that the filling is securely wrapped inside. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

          Toast the Wraps (Optional): For crispy wraps, heat a little olive oil in a skillet again over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and toast for about 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
