2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

4 large flour tortillas

½ cup ranch dressing (optional for serving)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.

    Sauté Garlic: In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

      Combine Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, add the sliced chicken, sautéed garlic, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well to incorporate all ingredients.

        Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Place a generous amount of the cheesy chicken mixture in the center. Top with fresh spinach leaves. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.

          Cook the Wraps: In the same skillet, add a little extra olive oil and carefully place each wrap seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are crispy and golden brown.

            Serve: Remove the wraps from the skillet, slice in half, and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve hot, with ranch dressing on the side if desired.
