Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)

1 cup baby spinach or mixed greens

1/2 cup diced tomatoes (optional)

Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

Prepare the Garlic Cream Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt (or sour cream), minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Add the Chicken and Cheese: Fold the shredded chicken and 3/4 cup of cheddar cheese into the garlic cream mixture until evenly coated.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of the cheesy chicken mixture in the center. Top with a handful of baby spinach and a few diced tomatoes if using.

Roll the Wrap: Carefully fold the sides of the tortilla inward and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

Cook the Wraps: Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the wraps seam-side down and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar on top in the last minute of cooking to melt.

Serve: Remove from the skillet and let rest for a minute. Slice in half and serve warm with your choice of dipping sauce, like ranch or marinara.
