Ingredients
  

12 oz bow tie pasta

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup cucumber, diced

1 bell pepper (red or yellow), diced

½ red onion, finely chopped

1 cup black olives, sliced

½ cup feta cheese, crumbled

½ cup fresh basil, chopped

¼ cup olive oil

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

Cook Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the bow tie pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.

    Prepare Vegetables: While the pasta is cooking, chop the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, and olives. Place all chopped vegetables in a large mixing bowl.

      Mix Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.

        Combine Ingredients: Add the cooked and cooled pasta to the bowl with the vegetables. Pour the dressing over the mixture and toss gently to combine.
