Ingredients

4 large eggs

1 cup milk

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)

Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Fresh fruit (blueberries, strawberries, or apples), for topping (optional)

Maple syrup, for serving (optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Place a 9x13 inch baking dish in the oven to heat up.

Prepare the Batter: In a blender, combine eggs, milk, flour, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until the mixture is smooth and airy.

Add Melted Butter: Remove the hot baking dish from the oven (careful, it will be hot!). Pour the melted butter into the dish, then immediately pour the pancake batter over the butter without stirring.

Bake the Pancake: Return the baking dish to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are puffed and golden brown.

Serve Hot: Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a minute. Dust with powdered sugar, add your favorite fresh fruits on top, and serve with maple syrup if desired. Cut into slices and enjoy!
